高校教育、科技、人才一体推进的逻辑关系及实践路径

党的二十大报告提出了教育、科技、人才一体化发展的思想.基于马克思主义系统观,从理论把握与实践运行相结合的动态体系、整体全局与独特个体相统一的协同体系、顶层设计与基层创新相贯通的耦合体系厘清了教育、科技、人才的系统性特征.在此基础上,阐述了教育、科技、人才一体推进的工作方向,即教育是基础,坚持教育优先发展;科技是关键,坚持科技自立自强;人才是根本,坚持人才引领驱动.高校是贯彻落实教育、科技、人才一体化发展的重要阵地,但当前在一体推进方面面临诸多问题,如学科建设与产业发展耦合度不高、教育教学与社会需求匹配度不足、拔尖创新人才自主培养体系不健全、有组织的科研与协同攻关机制不畅通.鉴于此,高校要从优势特色学科建设、提高人才培养质量、有组织的科研和产教深度融合等路径着手,助力教育、科技、人才的一体推进.
Logical relationship and practical path of promoting education,science and technology and talents in colleges and universities
The report of the Party's 20th National Congress put forward the idea of integrated development of education,science and technology and talents. Based on the Marxist system view,the systematic characteristics of education,science and technology and talents are clarified from the dynamic system combining theoretical grasp and practical operation,the collaborative system combining the overall situation and unique individuals,and the coupling system connecting top-level design and grassroots innovation. On this basis,the work direction of integrating education,science and technology and talents is expounded,that is,education is the foundation and education should be given priority. Science and technology is the key,and it is necessary to adhere to science and technology self-reliance;talent is fundamental,and it is necessary to adhere to talent leading and driving. Colleges and universities are important positions to implement the integration of education,science and technology,and talents. At present,there are problems such as inadequate coupling between discipline construction and industrial development,inadequate matching between education and teaching and social needs,inadequate independent training system for top-notch innovative talents,and inadequate organized scientific research and collaborative research mechanisms. Therefore,colleges and universities should promote the integration of education,science and technology and talents through the construction of advantageous and characteristic disciplines,improving the quality of talent training,organized scientific research and the deep integration of production and education.
