Logical relationship and practical path of promoting education,science and technology and talents in colleges and universities
The report of the Party's 20th National Congress put forward the idea of integrated development of education,science and technology and talents. Based on the Marxist system view,the systematic characteristics of education,science and technology and talents are clarified from the dynamic system combining theoretical grasp and practical operation,the collaborative system combining the overall situation and unique individuals,and the coupling system connecting top-level design and grassroots innovation. On this basis,the work direction of integrating education,science and technology and talents is expounded,that is,education is the foundation and education should be given priority. Science and technology is the key,and it is necessary to adhere to science and technology self-reliance;talent is fundamental,and it is necessary to adhere to talent leading and driving. Colleges and universities are important positions to implement the integration of education,science and technology,and talents. At present,there are problems such as inadequate coupling between discipline construction and industrial development,inadequate matching between education and teaching and social needs,inadequate independent training system for top-notch innovative talents,and inadequate organized scientific research and collaborative research mechanisms.
