摘要
新文科理念的提出对酒店管理专业的建设与发展既是机遇也是挑战,在众多应用型本科院校专业的建设实践中往往存在理论知识、社会实践与思政教育三者无法有效兼顾、相互脱节的现象,导致宏观政策落实、中观人才培养方案制定、微观课程与教学安排上均不能得到合理的实施.为此,提出建构教学设计、课程建设、实验实训、专业竞赛与思政教育五维融合的专业建设模式,通过创新教学方法与模式、打造多样化的教学设计,打磨课程体系与内容、构建全方位的课程矩阵,强化社会实践与实训、提升应用型的专业能力,参与专业竞赛与活动、拓展宽领域的知识结构,加大思政教育与引导、培育高素质的未来人才等五种有机融合的方式来有效促进酒店管理专业提升与改进,以期在国家新文科建设实践中发挥更加突出的作用.
Abstract
The proposal of the new liberal arts concept is both an opportunity and a challenge to the construction and development of the hotel management major.In the construction practice of many applied undergraduate majors,there is often a phenomenon where theoretical knowledge,social practice,and ideological and political education cannot be effectively balanced and disconnected from each other,resulting in the implementation of macro policies,the formulation of meso talent training plans,and the unreasonable implementation of micro courses and teaching arrangements.To this end,a professional construction model that integrates teaching design,curriculum construction,experimental training,professional competitions and ideological and political education is proposed.By innovating teaching methods and models and creating diversified teaching designs,polishing the curriculum system and content and constructing a comprehensive curriculum matrix,strengthening social practice and training and enhancing applied professional abilities,participating in professional competitions and activities and expanding knowledge structures in various fields,increasing ideological and political education and guidance and cultivating high-quality future talents,five organic integration methods are effectively promoted to enhance and improve the hotel management profession,in order to play a more prominent role in the practice of national new liberal arts construction.
