摘要
职业技能竞赛是提升人才培养质量的一种有效方式.在现阶段的旅游管理专业教学改革中,发现学生对"以赛促学"的认知、态度、情感、期望、目标各不相同,给人才培养带来很大的挑战,因此,可通过"以赛促学"调查量表进一步探索学生参赛的内部驱动、外部促因和产出结果之间的关系,力求为旅游专业人才培养工作提供相应的理论参考.
Abstract
Vocational skills competitions are very effective ways to improve the quality of talent training programs.In the current reform of tourism management major,it has been found that students have different perceptions,attitudes,emotions,expectations,and goals of"promoting learning through competition",which poses great challenges to talent training.Therefore,the survey scale of"promote learning through competition"is aimed to further explore the relationship between the internal driving forces,external driving factors,and output of student participation,and strive to provide corresponding theoretical references for the training programs of tourism management.
