摘要
社会风险评估和评估报告是一个有机体,共同服务于社会风险治理.社会风险评估报告标准化是社会风险评估工作科学化、专业化、法治化、规范化的集中体现.社会风险评估报告标准化是一个系统范畴,生发于社会风评估实践的科学性、体现于评估报告编制的规范性和完成于评估报告评审的公正性.科学性、规范性和价值性是检验社会风险评估报告标准化的三项基本指标.
Abstract
Social risk assessment and assessment reports are an organism that collectively serve social risk gover-nance.The standardization of social risk assessment reports is a concentrated reflection of the scientific,profes-sional,legal and standardized work of social risk assessment.The standardization of social risk assessment reports is a systematic category that arises from the scientific nature of social risk assessment practices,reflects the stan-dardization of assessment report preparation and completes the fairness of assessment report review.Scientificity,normativity and value are the three basic indicators for testing the standardization of social risk assessment reports.
