数字化改革视域下智慧党建的应用场景设计与实践

摘要
随着数字化改革的不断深化,推进高校党建工作数字化转型是教育数字化战略行动的应有之义,智慧党建也成为创新高校党建工作的必由之路.针对高校党建工作的实际问题、基层党建工作的需求、党务工作者的困境,坚持需求、问题和目标导向,梳理党建工作数字化应用场景,探索构建基于中台的"1+3+3+1"应用总体架构,通过数据中台实现数据共享,结合钉钉平台完成"城院堡垒"应用开发,最终实现高校党建工作的高质量发展.
Abstract
With the continuous deepening of digital reform,promoting the digital transformation of university party building work is an essential part of the educational digital strategy.Smart party building has also become a neces-sary path to innovate university party building work.In response to the practical problems of university party build-ing work,the needs of grassroots party building work and the difficulties of party workers,we adhere to the orien-tation of the needs,problems and goals,sort out the digital application scenarios of party building work,explore the construction of a"1+3+3+1"application overall architecture based on the middle platform,achieve data sharing through the data middle platform and complete the development of the"City Institute Fortress"application with the DingTalk platform,ultimately achieving high-quality development of party building work in colleges and universities.
