摘要

为了促进"教育、科技、人才"三位一体高质量发展,可从新时代教育的方位、方向、目标和要求四个维度,明晰新时代教育与"三位一体"的关系定位.新时代教育筑牢"三位一体"之基在于加快科技第一生产力,塑造高水平科技优势、涵养人才第一资源,强化人才主体性支撑和激发创新第一动力,加快创新动力源助推.新时代教育要与新质生产力发展需求相衔接,勇担"教育破圈"重任、与科技创新的举国体制相适应,勇闯"科技破冰"难关、以培育创新型时代新人为导向,勇挑"人才破题"大梁的现实路径.

Abstract

In order to promote the high-quality development of the"education,sci-tech and talent"trinity,the relationship between new era education and the"trinity"can be clarified from four dimensions of the orientation,direction,goals and requirements of education in the new era.The foundation of building a"trinity"in education in the new era lies in accelerating the development of sci-tech as the primary productive force,shaping high-level technological advantages,nurturing talent as the primary resource,strengthening the support of talent sub-jectivity,stimulating innovation as the primary driving force and accelerating the promotion of innovation as a driving force.In the new era,education should be connected with the development needs of new quality produc-tive forces,bravely shoulder the responsibility of"breaking through the circle of education",adapt to the national system of scientific and technological innovation,bravely overcome the difficulties of"breaking through the ice of science and technology",take the cultivation of innovative new era talents as the guide,and bravely take the practical path of"talent breaking through problems".
