摘要
在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程中,要坚持党的领导,坚持正确办学方向,坚持立德树人,加快构建现代职业教育体系,培养更多高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠.可以"浙里智造与工匠"课程为例,探讨高职院校在新时代背景下如何有效建设青年大学生的工匠精神培育课程.在分析当前现状的基础上,可实施与国家单项冠军企业深度合作、组建工匠精神特色讲师团、积极开展实践教学等改革措施,着力构建起一套科学、系统、高效的工匠精神培育课程体系,以有效提升学生的职业素养、专业技能及工匠精神.
Abstract
In the new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country,we must adhere to the leadership of the Party,the correct direction of education and the cultivation of moral character,accelerate the construction of a modern vocational education system and cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents,skilled craftsmen and national craftsmen.Taking the course of"Zhejiang Li Intelligent Manufacturing and Crafts-manship"as an example,this article explores how vocational colleges can effectively develop courses to cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship among young college students in the context of the new era.On the basis of analyzing the current situation,reform measures such as deep cooperation with national single champion enterprises,estab lishment of a team of craftsmen spirit characteristic lecturers and active practical teaching can be implemented to focus on building a scientific,systematic and efficient curriculum system for cultivating craftsmanship spirit in or-der to effectively enhance students'professional qualities,skills and craftsmanship spirit.
