摘要
随着经济的发展和企业竞争的加剧,生产组织方式在不断变革,职业更替的速度也在加快.企业隐性课程资源的开发与实施成为提高企业核心竞争力和高职院校人才培养质量的关键因素之一.可从国内外企业隐性课程的研究现状入手,从概念、意义、组成要素等方面阐明企业隐性课程的内涵,从开发原则、组织架构、机制建设、课程图谱体系等方面入手阐述企业隐性课程的开发策略,进而为建设现代产业学院、组建课程开发团队、构建课程评价体系等提供具体可实施性的路径.
Abstract
With the development of the economy and the intensification of enterprise competition,the mode of production organization is constantly changing,and the speed of career turnover is also accelerating.The develop-ment and implementation of implicit curriculum resources in enterprises have become one of the key factors in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges.Start-ing from the current research status of implicit courses in domestic and foreign enterprises,the connotation of implicit courses in enterprises can be elucidated from the aspects of concept,significance,and constituent ele-ments.The development strategy of implicit courses in enterprises can be elaborated from the aspects of develop-ment principles,organizational structure,mechanism construction,and curriculum map system,providing specific and feasible paths for the construction of modern industrial colleges,the formation of curriculum development teams,and curriculum evaluation systems.
