基于系统思维的非遗与高校思政教育融合研究

摘要
非遗是中华优秀传统文化的重要构成,非遗融入高校思政教育,能够有效发挥以文化人的育人功能.两者的融合,以"人"为先,以"文"为重,以"化"为核.在涉及文化与人的作用方式和路径选择时,运用系统思维,根据系统的整体性与协同性、层次性与关联性、动态性与开放性的特征,对非遗融入高校思政教育进行多维度分析:以整体性与协同性思维,聚焦以文化人,实现功能跃进;以动态性与开放性思维,引导育人方式,完善效果评价;以层次性与关联性思维,加强分类引导,实现多元共生.进而夯实大学生群体的文化自信,拓展非遗保护传承的发展路径,实现高校思政教育的高质量发展.
Abstract
Intangible cultural heritage(ICH)stands as a vital pillar within China's esteemed traditional cultural landscape.The incorporation of ICH into higher education's ideological and political curriculum has proven to be an effective means of fostering cultural enlightenment among individuals.This amalgamation underscores the paramount importance of prioritizing"people",valuing"culture"and emphasizing"education."When it comes to the ways and paths of cultural and human interaction,systems thinking should be applied to conduct multidimensional analysis of the integration of intangible cultural heritage into ideological and political education in universities based on the characteristics of the system's integrity and synergy,hierarchy and correlation,dynamics and openness.By using holistic and collaborative thinking,focusing on cultural individuals,functional leaps can be achieved.Effectiveness evaluation can be achieved by using dynamic and open-minded thinking to guide educational methods while diverse coexistence can be achieved by strengthening classification guidance with hierarchical and relational thinking.Furthermore,it will strengthen the cultural confidence of college students,expand the development path of intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance,and achieve high-quality development of ideological and political education in universities.
