摘要
随着新时代的到来,高等教育面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇,学生需求的多元化和个性化特征愈发明显.传统的高校学生管理模式已难以适应新形势的要求,亟需进行创新与改革.因此,在深入剖析新时代背景下高校学生管理工作模式现状的基础上,可探讨新时代"学生为本"理念的内涵及其重要意义,提出基于该理念的管理模式构建核心要素,并通过实践案例分析,得出创新实践的对策,以期为新时代高校学生管理工作提供新的思路和方向.
Abstract
With the advent of the new era,higher education is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities,and the diversified and personalized characteristics of students'needs are becoming increasingly evident.The tradi-tional mode of student management in colleges and universities is no longer suitable for the requirements of the new situation and urgently needs innovation and reform.Therefore,based on a thorough analysis of the current sit-uation of student management in colleges and universities under the background of the new era,the connotation and significance of the"student-centered"concept in the new era can be explored.The core elements of the man-agement model based on this concept can be proposed,and innovative practical measures can be obtained through case analysis,in order to provide new ideas and directions for student management in universities in the new era.
