鱼类运输应激反应及其对存活率影响研究进展

[目的]探讨促进活鱼类运输产业中关注的提高存活率问题的解决方案。[方法]在理解鱼类应激生理反应的基础上,对适用于运输中的应激指标进行分类,分析其应用局限性和发展趋势;保活运输过程中的应激源可分为温度、拥挤、溶氧、氨氮、盐离子、振动和噪声等,综述不同应激源对应激指标和存活率的影响。[结果与结论]在保活运输过程中,应当系统、全面地分析多项应激指标,总结其趋势和相互关联,以正确判定应激反应的强度;同时考虑鱼种、季节、鱼体大小、运输时间等因素的影响,进而制定适宜的保活方式,提高鱼的存活率。
Research Progress in Stresses and Survival Rate of Aquatic Products during Live Transportation
[Objective]The aim of this study is to find the solutions to improve fish survival rate in the live fish transportation industry.[Methods]On the basis of the physiological response of fish to stress,this paper classified the stress indicators applicable to transportation,and analyzed their application limitations and development trends;Furthermore,it categorized the stressors during transportation into temperature,crowding,dissolved oxygen,ammonia nitrogen,salt ions,vibration,and noise,and systematically reviewed the effects of different stressors on stress indicators and survival rates.[Results and Conclusion]In the process of transportation,multiple stress indicators should be systematically and comprehensively analyzed,and their trends and correlations should be summarized in order to correctly determine the intensity of stress reactions;Simultaneously considering factors such as fish species,season,fish size,and transportation time,appropriate survival methods can be developed to improve the survival rate of fish.
