大黄鱼PPAR基因家族特征及其在饥饿和温度胁迫中的功能分析

分析了大黄鱼PPAR基因家族的序列结构及其在饥饿和温度胁迫下的表达特征。结果显示,除PPARg同时具有PPARg_N和PPARg_N_superfamily这2种结构域外,大黄鱼PPAR基因家族在结构上基本一致。此外,PPAR基因家族基因存在组织特异性表达,在饥饿胁迫下,随着饥饿胁迫时间推移,PPAR基因家族的表达量皆呈增长趋势,其中,PPARg在肌肉中表达量最高,推测PPAR基因家族在大黄鱼脂质代谢中发挥了作用。在温度胁迫下,PPAR基因家族在肝脏中的表达都呈波动变化趋势,而PPARg的表达量则随着胁迫时间的延长而显著上升。该研究为了解PPAR基因家族在调节大黄鱼脂质代谢中的作用提供了基础资料。
Characteristics of PPAR Gene Family in Larimichthys crocea and Their Expression Profiles in Response to Starvation and Temperature Challenge
Herein,we analyzed the sequence structure of the PPAR gene family of Larimichthys crocea and its expression characteristics under starvation and temperature stress.The results showed that the L.crocea PPAR gene family is basically identical in structure,except that PPARg has both structural domains PPARg_N and PPARg_N_superfamily.In addition,there was tissue-specific expression of PPAR gene family genes,and under starvation stress,the expression of PPAR gene family all showed an increasing trend with the time of starvation stress,among which,the highest expression of PPARg was found in muscle,and it was hypothesized that the PPAR gene family played a role in lipid metabolism of L.crocea.Under temperature stress,the ex-pression of PPAR gene family in liver all showed fluctuating trends,while the expression of PPARg increased significantly with the prolongation of the stress time.This study provides basic information for understanding the role of PPAR gene family in regulating lipid metabolism in L.crocea.
