Characteristics of PPAR Gene Family in Larimichthys crocea and Their Expression Profiles in Response to Starvation and Temperature Challenge
Herein,we analyzed the sequence structure of the PPAR gene family of Larimichthys crocea and its expression characteristics under starvation and temperature stress. The results showed that the L.crocea PPAR gene family is basically identical in structure, except that PPARg has both structural domains PPARg_N and PPARg_N_superfamily.In addition, there was tissue-specific expression of PPAR gene family genes, and under starvation stress, the expression of PPAR gene family all showed an increasing trend with the time of starvation stress, among which, the highest expression of PPARg was found in muscle, and it was hypothesized that the PPAR gene family played a role in lipid metabolism of L.crocea.Under temperature stress, the ex-pression of PPAR gene family in liver all showed fluctuating trends, while the expression of PPARg increased significantly with the prolongation of the stress time. This study provides basic information for understanding the role of PPAR gene family in regulating lipid metabolism in L.crocea.
