Larimichthys crocea is one of the most important economic fish in inshore waters of northern East China Sea.In order to explore the resource status of L.crocea under the background of releasing stock enhancement, according to the survey data of fishery resources in inshore waters of northern East China Sea in 2021,the body length and weight of 1 821 L.crocea were biologically measured. The growth and death pa-rameters were estimated by ELEFAN I.,and the actual stock analysis method based on body length structure was used to estimate the resources of L.crocea.The resource utilization was evaluated by the dynamic com-prehensive model of the incomplete β function catch equation. The results showed that the parameters of Von Bertalanffy growth equation under ELEFAN I.technology fitting were K=0.50,L∞=481 mm,t0=-0.25,M=0.42,Z=2.32,F=1.90,E=0.82,and the resources of L.crocea were under the state of overexploitation. The annual average resource weight of L.crocea in inshore waters of northern East China Seain stable state was calculated to be 15 177.44 t,and the annual average resource tail was about 2.80×108.The fishery current point(Ft=1.90,tc=0.34 a)in the isocatch curve plotted according to the Beverton-Holt model was below the optimum yield area, under excessive fishing pressure or fishing prematurely. In view of the current L.crocea population that is mainly young and miniaturized,it is proposed to increase the catchable size, aiming to provide data for the sustainable development and management of L.crocea resources, and provide scientific basis for the restoration and releasing stock enhancement of L.crocea resources.
