Analysis and Evaluation of Heavy Metals in Sediments Around Yushan Island,Zhoushan
In October 2021,16 sediment stations were set up in the sea area around Yushan Island,Zhoushan,to investigate and analyze the heavy metals in the sediments of the sea area, and further evaluate the pollution status and ecological hazard level of heavy metals. The results showed that the contents of heavy metals detected in sediments from all stations meet the quality standard of the first class marine sediments. The pollution degree of copper is the highest, among which cadmium, lead, copper and zinc are at the moderate pollution level and are the main pollution factors. The potential ecological hazard coefficient of cadmium is relatively high. The potential ecological hazard coefficient of all stations is less than 150,indicating that the sea area around Yushan Island are at a low ecological hazard level.
