摘要
乌鳢是我国内陆地区重要的淡水经济鱼类,因适应性强广泛分布在除青藏和西北以外的全国各主要流域,但水环境变化和过度捕捞等原因使其野生资源受到严重影响.从种质资源分布保存、种质特性、繁殖、养殖等方面系统梳理了乌鳢的研究及开发利用情况,并在资源保护、良种选育、绿色养殖等方面提出了展望,以期为乌鳢种质的研究、保护和产业发展提供参考.
Abstract
Channa argus is an important freshwater economic fish in inland China.For its strong viability,C.argus is widely distributed in major rivers nationwide except Tibetan Plateau and Northwest China.Howev-er,its rich natural resources have been seriously affected by changes in water environment and overfishing.This paper summarizes the current situation of germplasm distribution,conservation,resource identification,e-valuation and breeding of C.argus,and systematically combs the research results of C.argus germplasm from the aspects of morphology,growth,genetics,nutrition,embryonic development,reproduction and breeding.Meanwhile,the paper puts forward problems and prospects in resource protection,breeding and green culture,in order to provide reference for the protection and utilization of C.argus germplasm resources.
