为了解温岭隘顽湾海水养殖区池塘水环境质量状况,分析了 2020年6月—2023年5月温岭隘顽湾海水养殖区池塘水体中 pH、盐度、悬浮物(suspended solids,SS)、氨氮(ammonia nitrogen,NH4-N)、亚硝酸盐氮(nitrite nitrogen,NO2-N)、硝酸盐氮(nitrate nitrogen,NO3-N)、活性磷酸盐(soluble active phosphors,DIP)、化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,COD)等海水水质质量指标,并研究了其水质质量状况.通过单因子污染指数法的评价结果表明,温岭隘顽湾养殖区池塘调查期间水质各检测指标均能达到海水养殖水排放二级标准要求,DIN、DIP和COD超过海水水质第四类标准要求.利用富营养化指数法(eutrophication index method,E)、潜在性富营养化法(N/P原子比),研究发现,E值范围为0.09~1 362.93,均值为92.87,处于较高的富营养化状态;N/P范围为0.11~463.15,平均为28.22,水体营养级为Ⅲ,呈现富营养状态.通过主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)可知,第一主成分相关指标主要是NH4-N、NO2-N、DIP,且NH4-N与NO2-N,NO2-N与DIP有较好的正相关性.
Investigation and Evaluation of the Water Quality of Ponds in the Wenling Aiwan Bay Mariculture Zone
In order to understand the environmental quality of the pond water in Wenling Aiwan maricul-ture area,pH,salinity,SS,NH4-N,NO2-N,NO3-N,DIP and COD of seawater quality indicators were analyzed,which based on the monitoring data from June 2020 to May 2023.Besides the water quality status was studied.The evaluation results using the single factor pollution index method indicated that during the investigation of ponds in the Wenling aiwan bay aquaculture area,all water quality detection indicators could meet the re-quirements of the secondary standard for seawater aquaculture water discharge.At the same time,DIN,DIP,and COD exceed the requirements of the fourth class standard for seawater quality.Using eutrophication index method(E)and potential eutrophication method(N/P atomic ratio),this study found that the E value rangedfrom 0.09 to 1 362.93,with an average of 92.87,which was in a high Eutrophication state.The N/P rangedfrom 0.11 to 463.15,with an average of 28.22.The trophic level of the water body was Ⅲ,showing an eutrophic state.Ac-cording to principal component analysis(PCA),the first principal component correlation index was mainly NH4-N,NO2-N and DIP.There was positive correlation between NH4-N and NO2-N,as well as NO2-N and DIP.
