The digital transformation of small and medium-sized banks is of great significance in promoting high-quality development of the financial industry.This article is based on current academic research and practical achievements,and explores the development and challenges of digital transformation of small and medium-sized banks through Wenzhou practice.Specifically,local small and medium-sized banks in Wenzhou rely on various digital platforms to deeply explore market information,effectively improve their financial service capabilities and operational quality and efficiency,especially in serving small and micro entities.However,there are still problems such as insufficient digital foundation,incomplete incentive and fault tolerance mechanisms,weak technological strength,insufficient data operation and maintenance systems and management capabilities,and shortcomings in digital governance and risk control capacity construction.This article proposes policy recommendations to promote the long-term development of digital transformation in small and medium-sized banks.
