摘要
新能源行业已经成为战略性产业,但受制于我国资本市场融资体系尚不完善,我国新能源企业均存在不同程度融资约束难题,为解决发展过程中资金需求,供应链融资模式日益受到新能源车企的关注.本文结合新能源汽车行业特性和供应链融资相关理论,分析了某新能源汽车公司的供应链融资实践案例,分析其中存在的风险,提出切实可行的优化措施.
Abstract
The new energy industry has become a strategic industry,but due to the imperfect financing system of China's capital market,new energy enterprises in China face varying degrees of financing constraints.In order to meet the funding needs in the development process,the supply chain financing model is increasingly receiving attention from new energy vehicle enterprises.This article combines the characteristics of the new energy vehicle industry and supply chain financing related theories to analyze the supply chain financing practice case of a new energy vehicle company,analyze the existing risks,and propose practical and feasible optimization measures.
