摘要
浙江是全国区域金融改革项目最多、内容最丰富的省份之一.近年来,浙江积极贯彻落实国家重大发展战略,立足区域特色优势,深入开展科技金融、绿色金融、普惠金融等改革试验区建设,取得积极成效.金融改革试验区较好发挥了先行探路、引领示范、辐射带动作用,有力支持浙江经济高质量发展.下一步,浙江将聚焦做好金融"五篇大文章",更好发挥区域金融改革带动效应,系统深入推进全省金融改革创新.此文系中国人民银行浙江省分行行长刘玉苓在全国区域金融改革试验区工作交流会上的主旨发言.
Abstract
Zhejiang ranks among the top provinces in massiveness of both regional financial reform initiatives and agendas.Over previous years,Zhejiang has taken aggressive actions in implementing major national development strategies,further developing sci-tech finance,green finance and inclusive finance reforms in local contexts,which has delivered significant achievements.Pilot zones has contributed profoundly in pioneering,navigating,demonstrating and scaling financial reforms,hence underpinning high-quality development in Zhejiang.Going forward,Zhejiang will focus on"five major tasks"of bolstering technology finance,green finance,inclusive finance,elderly care finance and digital finance,leverage regional financial reforms as a guiding force,to systemically promote the financial reform and innovation at the provincial level.
