With the growth of the scale of small and medium-sized commercial banks,information technology is playing an increasingly important role in supporting the development of banks and enhancing their competitiveness.The function of the data center has gradually evolved from a data storage center to a data operation service center.Based on personal experience and thinking,the author puts forward the matters that should be noted in the construction planning of the data center of small and medium-sized commercial banks.On the basis of the basic ideas and construction grade selection of the data center construction,the site selection,design principles,product selection,construction implementation,operation and maintenance and other aspects in the process of the data center construction are introduced for the reference of colleagues in the industry.
