摘要
本文基于当前我国绿色金融的发展实际,提出在推动绿色金融高质量发展过程中需要进一步树牢系统观念,强化辩证思维,重点把握好以下关系:整体推进和区域差异的关系、绿色金融与"非绿"金融的关系、绿色金融与普惠金融的关系、绿色金融与科技金融的关系、支持绿色生产与支持绿色消费的关系、有为政府和有效市场的关系.
Abstract
This paper,grounded in the practical development of green finance in China,suggests that to promote the high-quality development of green finance,it is essential to further establish a systemic perspective and strengthen dialectical thinking.The following relationships should be carefully managed:the relationship between overall advancement and regional disparities,the relationship between green finance and"non-green"finance,the relationship between green finance and inclusive finance,the relationship between green finance and technology finance,the relationship between supporting green production and supporting green consumption,and the relationship between an active government and an effective market.
