摘要

培育新时代高职院校学生劳动价值观,是涵养担当时代大任新人的本质要求,是践行社会主义核心价值观的有效路径,也是培育大学生责任使命意识的重要方式.针对目前高职院校学生劳动价值观培养面临的诸多问题,重点从强化顶层设计,建设知行合一劳动教育内容体系;坚持思想引领,铸牢劳动教育理论根基;创新育人手段,推进劳动教育与时代接轨;完善评价制度,拓展劳动教育内涵外延等方面,探索高职院校学生劳动价值观培养路径.

Abstract

The cultivation of labor values among students of higher vocational colleges in the new era is an essential requirement for nurturing new talents who are responsible for the times,an effective path to practice socialist core values,and a spiritual guidance for cultivating students'sense of responsibilities and mission.However,the culti-vation of labor values among higher vocational colleges'students still faces many problems,mainly manifested in:the knowledge-based content of labor education weakens students'labor experience,negative ideological trends weaken students'identification with labor values,traditional training methods deviate from the theme of the times,and one-way educational evaluation hinders the cultivation of student values.Based on the above issues,the focu-ses are on strengthening top-level design and building a knowledge action integrated labor education content sys-tem;Adhering to ideological guidance and solidifying the theoretical foundation of labor education;innovative edu-cational methods and promoting the integration of labor education era;improving the evaluation system,expanding the connotation and extension of labor education,and exploring the path of cultivating labor values among higher vocational colleges'students.
