建设产教融合实践中心培养产业导师的实践探析

摘要
开放型区域产教融合实践中心是深化职业教育改革、推进产教融合深度合作的关键载体."产业导师"作为人的因素,在开放型区域产教融合实践中心建设和功能提升中起着重要作用.本文针对当前产业导师队伍建设存在的一体化规划缺乏、政策供给不足、产业导师培养平台单一和系统性激励措施不足等问题,提出着眼开放型区域产教融合实践中心功能提升,并推进产业导师队伍和实践中心建设一体化设计;完善制度体系,建立产业导师参与实践中心建设的政策支持体系;跨界整合资源,建立支撑实践中心建设的产业导师队伍培养培训平台;物质精神并重,构建提高产业导师参与实践中心建设积极性的激励体系等,探析产业导师队伍建设的有效路径.
Abstract
The open regional industry-education integration practice center is a key carrier for deepening voca-tional education reform and promoting deep cooperation in the integration of industry and education.As a human factor,Industry Mentors have played an important role in the construction and functional enhancement of the prac-tice center.This article focuses on the problems existing in the participation of industrial mentors in practice cen-ters,such as lack of integrated planning,insufficient policy supply,single industry mentor training platform,and insufficient systematic incentive measures.To address the above issues,the following measures are proposed:Pro-mote the integrated design of the industry mentor team and the construction of the practice center to enhance the functionality of the practice center;improve the institutional system and establish a support policy system for indus-try mentors to participate in the construction of practice centers;cross border integration of resources and establish an industry mentor team training platform to support the construction of practice centers;establish an incentive sys-tem in both material and spirituals aspects to enhance the enthusiasm of industry mentors to participate in the con-struction of practical centers.
