大悬臂盖梁现浇施工支撑体系的设计与选型

本文探讨在温岭市既有国道中央分隔带中新建大悬臂高架桥的施工策略,提出两种具有针对性的施工方案:门式支架与无落地支架.通过结构体系分析、截面设计和有限元模拟,揭示各自的优劣所在.门式支架刚度大,但会对地面通行能力产生一定程度的挤压和限制;无落地支架劣势是梁端变形较大,但其在施工过程中不会影响地面通行.实际施工时,工程人员可以根据现场实际情况灵活选择最适合的施工方案.
Design and Selection of the Supporting System for Cast-in-Place Construction of Long Cantilever Capping Beams
This paper discusses the construction strategy of the new large cantilever viaduct in the central reserva-tion of the existing national highway in Wenling City,and proposes two targeted construction schemes:door-like scaffold and no-floor support system.The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are given through structural system analysis,cross-section design and finite element simulation.The door-like scaffold has large stiffness,but it will squeeze the ground access ability;the no-floor support system has larger deformation,but it does not affect the ground access.Duning the actual construction,the engineers can flexibly choose the most suit-able construction plan according to the actual site conditions.
