Research on the Current Role and Counter Measures of Enterprises Crew Assessors in the Training of Maritime Talents
The shipping enterprises crew assessors are not only the assessors of practical teaching,but also the fa-cilitator of student career development.This paper analyzed the current situation that the crew assessors of shipping enterprises were not active in participating in the assessment work,and put forward some suggestions to navigation management agencies,shipping enterprises and maritime colleges to improve the participation of all departments.It is emphasized that both the colleges and the enterprise should strengthen the cooperation between them with the crew assessors of shipping enterprises as the link,and make contributions to the training of high-quality nautical talents.
