"五行融五育"模式提升高职院校共青团组织力研究

摘要
当前高职院校共青团育人工作,存在政治思想引领力不够突出、协同育人紧密度不够明显、学生为本主体性不够聚焦等问题,高职院校共青团组织力应遵循新时代新青年思想创新、活力激发、整体团结的原则.本文以浙江交通职业技术学院为例,创新共青团组织"五行融五育"模式,以"行"立德、以"行"启智、以"行"健体、以"行"育美、以"行"树劳,大力提升了学校共青团组织力,有效促进了学校教育事业的发展.
Abstract
In the current work of the Communist Youth League in vocational colleges,there are problems such as insufficient emphasis on political and ideological leadership,lack of the tightness of collaborative education and in-sufficient focus on student-centered approaches,etc.The Communist Youth League should follow the principle of innovation,vitality stimulation,and overall unity of new youth in new era.Taking Zhejiang Institute of Transporta-tion as an example,the model of Integrating Five Actions to Realize Five Cultivation was innovated.The Commu-nist Youth League organization can establish virtue,enlighten the mind,strength the body,cultivate aesthetic and establish the value of labor through action to vigorously enhance the organizational strength of the Communist Youth League in vocational colleges,and effectively promote the development of colleges'education.
