基于乡村全面振兴的高素质农民培育路径研究——以浙江省舟山市为例

摘要
高素质农民的培育是开发农业新质生产力、推进乡村全面振兴目标的重要突破口.基于乡村全面振兴的视角,总结我国高素质农民培育的演进历程、特点及存在的问题,提出政策先行——项目创新——多元协同——创业孵化——平台服务(Policy First-Project Innovation-Multiple Collaboration-Entrepreneur Incubation-Digital Service)的PPMED 模型,动态拓展高素质农民培育路径,增加我国农民收入,同时为实现我国农业的可持续发展和乡村全面振兴提供可借鉴的做法.
Abstract
The education of high-quality farmers is an important breakthrough in developing new agricultural pro-ductivity and promoting the goal of comprehensive rural revitalization.From the perspective of comprehensive rural revitalization,this paper summarized the evolution,characteristics,and existing problems of high-quality farmers training in China;then by advancing the proposals on how to dynamically expand high-quality farmars training via the PPMED Model(Policy First-Project Innovation-Multiple Collaboration-Entrepreneur Incubation——Digital Service),so as to increase farmers'income,and give suggestions for achieving sustainable development of agriculture and comprehensive rural revitalization in China.
