摘要

钢板组合梁桥能够在跨河、跨结构物等有障碍物阻挡时,发挥巨大优势.本文提出了一种钢板组合梁先张法预制桥面板装配式施工关键技术,能实现异形底面变截面桥面板的预制工厂化、机械化、流水化作业:利用专用钢筋绑扎胎架、预应力筋定位齿板及整体吊具,解决了狭小空间下钢筋及预应力筋精确定位的难题;通过异形可滑移式先张法底膜和千斤顶可调节放张平台,实现了预应力放张时桥面板与底模位移同步.

Abstract

Steel plate composite girder bridges can exert significant advantages when there are obstacles such as rivers and structures blocking the way.This paper proposes a key technology for the assembly construction of pre-cast bridge decks of steel plate composite girders using the pretensioning method,which can realize the prefabrica-tion industrialization,mechanization and flow-line operation of special-shaped bottom variable cross-section bridge decks:By using a special steel bar binding jig frame,prestressed tendon positioning tooth plates and an in-tegral crane,the problem of precise positioning of steel bars and prestressed tendons in a narrow space has been solved;Through the special-shaped slidable pretensioning method bottom formwork and the adjustable release platform of the jack,the synchronous displacement of the bridge deck and the bottom formwork during the pres-tressed release has been achieved.
