摘要

聚焦现代职业教育体系的纵向推进,中高职一体化是实现职业教育从"层次"到"类型"转变的关键.从结构化视角审视中高职一体化的实践成效,通过对中高职一体化时代背景和演变逻辑的系统性分析,探讨一体化背景下"双师型"教师队伍建设的时代要求、现实困境和实施路径,并从教师队伍建设的理念、形式、结构、渠道四个方面提出优化策略.

Abstract

Focusing on the vertical advancement of modern vocational education system,the integration of higher and vocational education is the key to achieving the transformation of vocational education from Level to Type.This paper examines the practical effects of integrated vocational education and training at the middle and high school levels from a structured perspective.This paper systematically analyzes the background and evolutionary logic of the integration of secondary and higher vocational education,and explores the requirements,practical difficulties,and implementation paths of the construction of a"dual teacher"teaching team under the background of integration of secondary and higher vocational education.Finally,the paper proposes optimization strategies from four aspects:the concept,form,structure,and channels of teacher team construction.
