摘要
砂石矿业的高效利用和绿色发展对于促进交通产业发展和地方经济增长具有重要意义.在全球资源日益紧缺、环保法规更加严格的新形势下,砂石矿业国企面临转型升级、提质增效等诸多挑战.针对当前砂石矿业国企存在的投资水平有待提升、基建管理不够精细、生产组织模式低效、营销管理手段不足、企业管理效果欠佳等问题,提出通过深化协同合作、优化管理策略、树立品牌意识、构建营销体系、完善内部机制等措施,提升砂石矿业国企的生产效率和可持续发展能力,为浙江省砂石矿业的发展提供策略参考,同时为其他地区的砂石矿业发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
The efficient utilization and stable development of the sand and gravel mining industry is of great signifi-cance for promoting the development of the transportation industry and local economic growth.Under the new situa-tion of increasingly scarce global resources and strict environmental protection regulations,the sand and gravel min-ing enterprises are challenged by several problems,such as improving the investment level,rough infrastructure management,inefficient production organization,insufficient marketing management means,and poor enterprise management effect.Thus,several measurements,including strengthening enterprise collaboration,optimizing infra-structure management strategy,improving production management level,building an efficient marketing system,and optimizing the enterprise management mechanism,are proposed to improve the production efficiency and sus-tainable development ability of sand and gravel mining enterprises,so as to provide guiding opinions and reference for the development of sand and gravel mining industry in Zhejiang province and other regions.
