外语人才的国际传播能力:概念内涵与要素框架

提升外语人才的国际传播能力是新文科背景下外语学科服务国家战略需求的重要举措.在当前时代语境下,作为我国外语人才培养目标之一的国际传播能力是将国家话语转化和建构为利于国际受众理解和接受的中国故事的能力.本文为外语人才国际传播能力的培养建构了一个初步的要素框架,其中目标语话语能力、国家意识和受众意识构成核心工作机制.该框架为建构外语人才国际传播能力培养体系奠定了基础.
On International Communication Capacity of Foreign Studies Talents:Concept and Framework
By promoting the International Communication Capacity(ICC)of foreign studies talents,the foreign studies discipline will serve China's strategic needs in the New Era and enhance the New Liberal Arts education.Within the current context,ICC of foreign studies talents is defined as the capacity to convert and reconstruct China's official and authoritative discourses into stories that are readily comprehensible and acceptable to target audiences.A tentative framework for ICC is developed in this article,and a working mechanism consisting of target language discourse capacity,national consciousness and audience awareness is recognized.This framework is the first step towards an ICC curriculum for foreign studies talents.
