多语种突发事件语料库建设与应用展望

摘要
近年来,世界范围内各类突发事件频发,如何利用突发事件大数据和机器学习方法共享多语种资源,已成为推进突发事件全球治理亟待研究和解决的问题.本文以突发事件为研究对象,首先阐述了突发事件语料库建设的现状和关键问题,然后分析了多语种突发事件语料库建设的具体步骤、主要挑战和解决方案,最后探讨了该语料库在语言教学与研究、应急语言服务、国别与区域研究、突发事件全球治理等方面的应用.
Abstract
In recent years,countries in the world are generally faced with many global emergencies.How to use big data of emergencies and machine learning methods to share multilingual resources has become an urgent issue to promote global governance of emergencies.Taking emergencies as the research object,this paper first elaborates on current construction status and key issues of emergency corpus,then analyzes the constructing process of multilingual emergency corpus,challenges and solutions,and finally explores the application of the corpus in language teaching and research,emergency language service,international and regional studies and global governance of emergencies.
