摘要
《大中华文库》是为实现国家文化战略的国家翻译实践工程,翻译规划、译者及原文本选择、译本生成、出版传播的各个层面均带有国家主体烙印和国家战略考量.从汉英对照到多语种汉外对照,再到"一带一路"沿线国家语言对照的三期阶段性渐进式翻译过程,反映了国家主体的动态规划;从原文选择到出版社、译者及译本选择,折射出蔚为国译的系统性主客体统筹;从宏观性项目流程的整体规制到微观审校与翻译标准,突显了保障翻译质量、提升中国语言文化地位的国家把关取向;从精印出版到国家层面的宣介与推广,体现出国家在"走出去"道路上的持续性后续保障和助力.作为国家翻译实践工程的《大中华文库》,提供了动态化、多语种、多文类、多视角的中国文化诠释,为全面认知和解读中国文化提供了张力.
Abstract
Library of Chinese Classics,regarded as a state translation engineering to realize China's cultural strategy,bears the state imprint and features the strategic considerations ranging from translation planning,selection of translators and source texts,generation of translations to the follow-up publication and popularization.The engineering can be analyzed in four dimensions:(1)the dynamic planning of the state is reflected in the three-phase progressive translation process,from Chinese-English to multilingual Chinese-foreign translation,and to diverse versions in the languages of the"Belt and Road"countries;(2)the"stateness"of translation is manifested in the systematic subject-object coordination in the selection of source texts,publishers,translators and translations;(3)the orientation of state check is demonstrated from the macro regulation to the micro standards of quality assurance and cultural enhancement;(4)the follow-up supportive measures of the state,which include"fine print"and promotion at the national level,effectively help its dissemination.Library of Chinese Classics,which is in nature a state translation engineering,provides a dynamic,multi-language,multi-text,multi-perspective interpretation of Chinese culture,and an alternative for comprehensive cognition and understanding of Chinese culture as well.
