Architectural Design of Community Hubs in Historic Urban Districts from the Perspective of Urban Renewal:A Case Study of Zhongshan Community Hub in Jiangshan City
Currently,urban development is shifting from unlimited sprawl to optimization of existing stock,with urban renewal being a key strategy in this transformation.This shift involves a transition from large-scale urban area development to organic renewal of smaller urban spaces.Through the case study of the Zhongshan Community Hub project in Jiangshan City,this paper comprehensively examines the project from multiple angles including theoretical research,current status analysis,architectural design,and practical implementation.It articulates the role of the Zhongshan Community Hub as a catalyst and exemplar in micro-level urban renewal within historic urban districts,offering insights for similar regeneration projects.
