Abstract
Taking the"Sunset by the Pond,Feathered Kites on the Clouds-Fengyuan Community Hub"project as the primary subject of study,this research comprehensively analyzes project's challenges,conceptual strategies,spatial design,and green technologies.From an architectural design perspective,it explores how to integrate cultural connotations,incorporating traditional intangible cultural heritage elements like"wind kites"and promote the cultural industry through the architecture itself,all while addressing site issues,allowing for flexible space,providing community benefits,and enhancing the vitality of the place,thereby achieving common prosperity.
