Taking the design of the Jingjiang Mountain Common Prosperity Community Hub in Linhai City as a case study,this paper analyzes the construction and design of modern"community hub"in various regions.It discusses how the project's unique characteristics and requirements influenced the practical application of design elements such as functional organization,structural development,and space arrangement in"community hub"design.The insights derived from this study can serve as a reference for the design of similar small-scale public facilities.
