Design of Ningbo Xiaoshi Common Prosperity Community Hub from the Perspective of Urban Micro-Renewal
In the era of building stock,urban renewal has become the main theme of current urban development.This paper summarizes and discusses the design practice of the Ningbo Xiaoshi Common Prosperity Community Hub from the perspective of urban micro-renewal.The design adopts an"embedded"micro-renewal strategy,addressing the site's current issues and community residents'needs in three aspects:reconstruction,motivation,and interaction.In the consideration of landscape style and local collective memory,it integrates diverse spatial modules to create an all-time,all-inclusive shared park hub.The paper also discusses urban micro-renewal strategies and methods,proposing an innovative exploration of shifting the focus from space design to community design,thereby comprehensively improving life quality.
