摘要
通过对现存地下空间的特征、现状问题和潜在价值的分析,提出了针对性的存量建筑改造策略.改造后的地下空间将集邻里活动、休闲、商业等多功能于一体,提高了空间利用率,改善了城市地下空间面貌,为城市发展提供了新的动力.
Abstract
This paper proposes specific renovation strategies for existing structures,derived from an analysis of the features,current situation,and potential value of the existing underground spaces.The transformed underground area will integrating neighborhood activities,leisure,and commercial functions,thereby enhancing space utilization,improving the aesthetic of urban underground areas,and offering new impetus for urban development.
