Interpretation of Zhejiang Green Building Special Planning Revision under the Background of Double Carbon Policy
In order to respond to the double carbon policy and implement the work requirements of carbon peak in the construction field in Zhejiang Province,Zhejiang Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the"Guidelines for the Preparation of Special Planning for Green Buildings in Zhejiang Province(2022 edition)",and then various localities carried out the revision of special planning for green buildings in a scientific and orderly manner.Based on this background,the process of green building special planning is sorted out,and the core content of the preparation is interpreted from four stages:target management division and policy unit division,overall development goal setting,decomposition and reverse calculation.The special planning of green building is an important starting point to implement the task of carbon peaking in the construction field of Zhejiang Province,and it is of great significance to carry out the revision of the special planning of green building under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.The preparation process and landing method are also suitable for the planning of other index decomposition categories,and can provide reference for other similar planning.
