Interpretation of Carbon Emission Calculation Method in Technical Regulations for Energy Efficiency Assessment of Civil Building Projects in Zhejiang Province
The calculation method of carbon emissions in this technical regulation is introduced detailedly in calculation boundary of building carbon emissions and the value of carbon emission factors.The building energy consumption is classified into dynamic energy consumption calculation and static energy consumption calculation,and each energy consumption system is deeply analyzed.The concept and calculation formula of carbon emission reduction in building operation are innovatively proposed,which provides a strong guarantee for standardizing the calculation method of carbon emission and quantifying the data of carbon emission reduction in buildings in Zhejiang Province.
