Outdoor Interface Renovation Strategy of Old Residential Area Based on Sponge City Concept
Sponge city and old community not only are the fundamental aspects of urban development and quality improvement,but also an important issue of residents'well-being,The challenge lies in harmoniously integrating these two critical issues and addressing the urban flooding problem,thereby enhancing urban quality and residents'happiness.This research focuses on the outdoor interface issue in existing old communities and explores a green transformation approach based on the concept of rainwater management in a sponge city.It outlines four key principles for implementing sponge solutions in old communities,offering a foundational framework and technical guidance for revitalizing older communities and contributing to the mitigation of urban flooding.
