Taking canal bay water transportation center project as an example,this paper introduces the practice of near-zero energy technology in public building projects,explores the key technologies that suitable for public building energy conservation in hot summer and cold winter areas,deeply discusses energy consumption and carbon emission,and analyzes economic benefits,in order to provide reference for low-carbon building construction.
