波动性、间歇性和不可预测性是新能源发电的缺点,这些缺点是阻碍其发展的重要障碍,难以保障发电功率的平稳性.储能技术的应用和发展很好地弥补了新能源发电的缺点,保证大规模新能源发电的并网运行更加安全可靠.储能系统也能在电力系统负荷低谷时储存电能,负荷高峰时释放电能,从而缓解电力供应巨大峰谷差的压力.在此,通过试点工程的配网侧储能装置案例,为削峰填谷在实际配网设计时提供参考.
Design and Application of Distributed Power Storage Device
Volatility,intermittency and unpredictability are the shortcomings of new energy power generation,which are important obstacles to its development,and it is difficult to ensure the stationarity of power generation.The application and development of energy storage technology make up for the shortcomings of new energy power generation,and ensure that the grid-connected operation of large-scale new energy source power generation is more safe and reliable.The energy storage system can also store electric energy when the load of the power system is low,and release electric energy when the load is high,so as to relieve the pressure of the huge peak-valley difference in power supply.Here,through the pilot project of the distribution network side energy storage device case,it can provide a reference for the peak cutting and valley filling in the actual distribution network design.
