摘要
建筑行业作为"碳达峰碳中和"目标下的重点领域之一,进行绿色转型至关重要.针对建筑行业未全程绿色化,投入产出效益未被清楚认知,数字化人才缺失,监管机制缺位,废弃物治理体系不完善等问题,提出覆盖"规划、设计、施工、运维、废弃"全生命周期的数字化、绿色化管理模式.同时,加大研发投入,配套激励机制,量化指标体系,以实现建筑产业的绿色化发展.
Abstract
Construction industry as one of the key areas in the"carbon peak carbon neutral"goal,has a great importance in green transformation.In view of the problems of the construction industry that not being fully green,input and output benefits not being clearly recognized,lack of digital talents,absence of supervision mechanism,and imperfect waste management system,a digital and green management model covering the whole life cycle of"planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance,and waste"is proposed.At the same time,it propose increase research and development investment,equipped with incentive mechanisms,quantitative index system,to achieve the green development of the construction industry.
