在"双碳"和电力需求侧改革的背景下,电网友好性低碳建筑成为未来建筑发展趋势,但目前仍未形成成熟的设计及评价体系.通过分析电网友好性低碳建筑能源系统评价影响因素,总结提炼评价指标,并采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,建立低碳建筑能源系统电网友好性评价方法,可为该类项目建设提供设计指导和评价依据,并做到以评促推,有利于电网友好性低碳建筑的示范和推广.
Research on Evaluation Method of Grid Friendly Low-Carbon Building Energy System
Under the background of"double carbon"and power demand reform,grid-friendly and low-carbon buildings have become the future development trend,while the mature design and evaluation system are not formed.By analyzing the influencing factors of grid friendly low-carbon building energy system evaluation,summarizing and refining evaluation indicators,and using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator,the establishment of grid friendliness evaluation method of lowcarbon building energy source system can provide design guidance and evaluation basis for the construction of such projects.It is conducive to the demonstration and promotion of grid friendly low-carbon buildings.
