摘要
详细介绍了课题组研发的保温隔声地砖的设计、预制生产工艺与快速安装方法,并采用数值模拟软件对设计的保温隔声地砖进行热工性能模拟研究,得出其热工性能满足现行标准要求;通过实践应用与现场撞击声隔声性能测试研究,得出其隔声性能满足现行标准要求,应用效果良好.
Abstract
The design,prefabrication process and rapid installation method of the insulation floor tile developed by the research group are introduced detailedly in this paper.The thermal performance of the designed insulation floor tile is simulated by software,and the results show that its thermal performance meets the requirements of current standards.Through practical application and field impact sound insulation performance test,it is concluded that its sound insulation performance meets the require-ments of current standards and the application effect is good.
