摘要
城市体检作为近年来城市工作的重点,已经成为发现、研究、治理"城市病"的重要抓手.为推动浙江省各城市在综合城市体检的基础上,聚焦历史文化,针对历史文化保护开展专项体检,切实排查梳理历史文化资源保护、利用、管理等方面的问题,分析原因,补齐短板,编制《浙江省历史文化保护专项体检导则》,构建符合当下需求的指标体系,有效评估当前浙江省内各设区市、县(市)的历史文化保护工作成效,落实责任,形成地方经验,以期加强全省的历史文化保护传承工作.
Abstract
As a key focus of urban work in recent years,urban physical examination has become an important tool for discovering,studying,and treating"urban diseases".In order to promote the comprehensive physical examination of cities in Zhejiang Province,focusing on historical and cultural heritage,carrying out special physical examinations for historical and cultural protection,effectively investigating and sorting out problems in the protection,utilization,and management of historical and cultural resources,analyzing the causes,filling in the shortcomings,and preparing the"Guidelines for Special Physical Examination of Historical and Cultural Protection in Zhejiang Province",we have established an indicator system that meets current needs,effectively evaluating the effectiveness of historical and cultural protection work in various districts,cities,and coun-ties(cities)in Zhejiang Province,implementing responsibilities,forming local experience,and strengthening the protection and inheritance of historical and cultural heritage in the province.
