摘要

南浔国际会展中心为高层连体结构,连体钢桁架位于21~23层,采用8个液压提升器进行整体提升及安装,精准把控提升吊点的位置以保证桁架提升的顺利施工,解决桁架提升施工中的关键问题.通过计算分析,为钢桁架的提升施工提供参考数据.现场实践证明,钢桁架整体液压同步提升技术方案具有可行性,可为类似工程提供借鉴.

Abstract

Nanxun International Convention and Exhibition Center is a high-rise con-nected structure.The connected steel truss is located on the 21st~23rd floor.Eight hydraulic lifts are used for overall lifting and installation,and the construction of the truss lifting is ensured by accurately controlling the position of the lifting point,so as to solve the key issue in construction of the truss lifting.Through calculation and analysis,the reference data is provided for the lifting construction of steel truss.Field practice has proved that the technical scheme of the whole hydraulic synchronous lifting of steel truss is feasible and can provide reference for similar projects.
