摘要

介绍了一种新型的现浇盖梁支架体系——钢管悬挑式支架,该工艺采用Q355b材质钢材,以提高整体盖梁施工的安全性,并增加大盖梁容许施工的最大长度.使用这种新型的支架体系,有效地解决了大悬臂盖梁的施工难题,特别是在地质差的临海滩涂地区,使得施工更加安全高效,并增加了适合此类地质条件下的支架法施工型式.

Abstract

This paper introduces a new type of cast-in-place cover beam support system—steel pipe cantilevered bracket,which uses Q355b steel to improve the safety of the whole cover beam construction and increase the maximum construction length of the large cover beam.By using this new type of support system,the construction problem of large cantilever cover beam is effectively solved,especially in the coastal areas with poor geology,which makes the construction safer and more efficient,and increases the construction type of support method suitable for this kind of geological conditions.
