Investigation and Analysis of Potential Safety Hazard Type and Influencing Factor of Existing Residential Facade
On the basis of various hidden dangers of residential facades in Hangzhou,according to the principle of random sampling,150 residential houses in Hangzhou were selected to carry out facades random inspection according to factors such as the geographical location of residential houses,the time of construction,the type of structure and whether there is insulation system,etc.Data were analyzed from the time of construction,whether there is insulation system and other major influencing factors.The paper draws a conclusion that the temperature protection system will affect the appearance of hidden dangers on the facade and should focus on the safety hidden dangers on the upper facade when the house is 15 years old,and puts forward some suggestions such as routine inspection when hidden dangers occur on the facade.
